The Tenure Project

In October 2020, I asked Wendy de la Rosa (Wharton School) to cofound with me a conference that focuses on building community for Black, Latinx, and Native American junior faculty in business academia and to increase the number of business faculty of color receiving tenure. The inaugural conference bringing together over 100 junior faculty of color is hosted at University of Washington-Seattle in August 2022 and the 2023 conference will be hosted in 2023 at The Wharton School.
